How do I book and what is the cancellation policy?

Book via phone, WhatsApp, or the online consultation form. If you need to reschedule, please notify the team at least 24 hours in advance.

Aesthetic

What level of pain and downtime should I expect?

Most non-surgical treatments have minimal downtime. Surgical downtime depends on the procedure—rhinoplasty patients usually plan 7–10 days before travel.

Are breathing surgeries covered by insurance?

Functional procedures like septoplasty or FESS may be eligible. We provide documentation and operative reports for your insurer.

Hearing

Can I trial hearing aids before committing?

Yes. We fit and fine-tune devices, then schedule follow-ups to adjust based on your comfort and daily use.

Travel

Can I receive post-op care after returning home?

Yes. We offer remote follow-ups and will coordinate with you on timing before you travel back.
